I had about a five-minute consultation with the doctor, then talked with a man who was the manager. Because of that male consultation manager, the hospital's image became so bad that I decided not to have the surgery. When I mentioned what I had heard at other clinics, he spoke as if whatever he said was automatically right, as if he knew more than the doctor. It was ridiculous. It was truly the worst.
