I don't even remember the doctor's face, but I remember the consultation manager very clearly. The male manager was amazing at consultations. I didn't get lower facial fat removal, which is a bit disappointing, but among the surgeries I've had, this one is the most satisfying. If you just do what the director says, it seems like you won't fail.
