I had buccal fat removal and jawline liposuction together. At the time I didn't really know, so I even considered revision surgery. Later, baby fat went away too and I worked hard on maintenance, so my face became slimmer. I've spent a lot of money since then, and lifting maintenance is essential. Still, since I don't gain fat in my chin, I wonder if it wasn't one of the things I got done well. I just had it done because I heard it was good and didn't go around consulting a lot, so everyone else should look into it more!
