I had surgery 4 years ago, and the effect is definitely there. Right after the surgery, I felt my chin become tight immediately, but this was my first and last liposuction, so I can’t compare it with other places. That said, I remember having to come in several times later for injections because of the unavoidable lumpiness after liposuction. The simple fat-removal effect was definitely there.
