In April, I made a consultation appointment for early May and paid the consultation fee of 10,000 won in advance, but on the consultation day in May, I arrived an hour early and a staff member asked when I wanted to have surgery. When I said I had to have it in May at the latest, they said the surgery schedule was full and they couldn't do it. So I said there was no need for a doctor's consultation and no need for us to waste each other's time, so I would just leave and asked for a refund of the consultation fee, but they said no. Since I couldn't have surgery according to the hospital's schedule, they canceled the consultation but still didn't return the 10,000 won consultation fee. The issue isn't the 10,000 won itself, it's the arrogant expressions and attitude of the staff, and even more their sneering tone. I'm glad I didn't end up having surgery there, and if problems were to happen after surgery... just imagining it is horrifying.
