The doctor was a bit older and looked very experienced. I was so glad he was certain that non-incisional surgery was possible, and what really stuck with me was when he said with a laugh, 'Eyebrow correction is a service' hahaha. The manager was kind too, but the wait was way too long. For some reason there seemed to be voices getting raised the whole time, and I think I waited almost 40 minutes
