I went for a consultation for double eyelids and upper-eyelid fat grafting. The manager gave a brief consultation and told me to get a consultation from the director. I thought only incision surgery would be possible because of the sagging, but they said the one-point buried suture method was possible. They also told me that if fat grafting is done without an incision, it can look lumpy. This was the first place that told me fat grafting can cause lumpiness.
