It’s already been over 6 years since I had my nose surgery here. Like other people said, for the first 6 months after the first surgery, my nose looked like an avatar nose. Now the implant has been absorbed and it has lowered more than I expected, but I like that it’s not a foreign body like silicone, so I don’t have to worry about inflammation. I had it done together with alar reduction. At first I really liked the tip of my nose, but now the height has gone down, and maybe because nothing is supporting it, the nostrils seem like they’re lifted and that’s bothering me. Still, overall I’m much more satisfied than before, and when I see other people whose noses turned out badly and had to get revision surgery, I think I should just be satisfied with what I have now and live with it.
