I recommend this for people who are seeking to address inflammation reactions from implants, need revision surgery, or want a natural look. For people with very low noses, you shouldn't expect a dramatic after-image once it has settled in. I think the advantage is that it is so natural that it doesn't look like surgery. The director and manager are also kind and nice.
