When I had nose surgery, I thought safety was the most important thing, so I considered this place first. In the end I had the actual surgery somewhere else, and not even with autologous dermis... this is one of the most famous places for autologous dermis, but the distance to my home made follow-up visits difficult, and there was no clear statistical tracking of the absorption rate of autologous dermis, so I ultimately gave up on having surgery here. If you're not looking for such a dramatic change, this could be a good choice.
