It was a revision surgery because of visibility through the skin, but in the end it was a disaster. The extended septum they had put in was all removed, so my nose became short again, and all I got was a scar on my butt. The dermis used for the tip graft eventually spread out completely, and my nose went back to the way it was before. If I could go back, I'd want someone to stop me.
