I looked into nose surgery 10 years ago and because I didn’t want an implant, I looked into dermal grafting and had the surgery. At first the bridge of my nose was high and I was satisfied, but now the bridge has sunk and the nostrils seem bigger, so I’m considering revision surgery I also developed rhinitis that I didn’t have before, and I regret it so much.
