The worst of the worst among all the clinics I’ve consulted with. Visited after reserving (arrived 10 minutes early) Waited over an hour past the reservation time before finally getting a consultation with the manager For an hour, while I kept going to the front desk to ask when I could be seen, no one once informed me of the delay They only kept saying the manager was currently in consultation and hadn’t finished yet The clinic is small People getting little procedures are constantly seen right away It seems there is only one consultation manager for plastic surgery patients (based on my visit) Finally got into the consultation and left after about 30 minutes They said parking is free for only 1 hour So I asked the front desk, wasn’t the consultation delayed by more than an hour past the reservation time? They said there was nothing they could do. Later the consultation manager called and, after I told her all of the above, said she would even pay for the parking out of her own pocket, but I didn’t take it. I never even got to consult with the director at the clinic. The manager is very kind, but keeps bringing up other clinics Nose quote Bridge (silicone), tip (cartilage), nasal bone osteotomy, hump reduction, alar reduction That was the quote.. but there wasn’t a single other clinic that gave me a quote like that
