I had about 3mm removed and raised through nasal bone osteotomy and a hump correction. I asked them to make it natural, but the bridge of my nose is too low.. I’m somewhat satisfied, but it looks a little crooked. Also, I had ear cartilage inserted into the tip to make my nose slimmer, but it doesn’t seem to have gotten any slimmer. If you have a bulbous nose, I don’t recommend it.
