Around May 2017 I had hump nose surgery (reduction + Gore-Tex), osteotomy, and tip surgery, and in the end it sagged, so I'm planning a revision surgery at another hospital. At the time I was quite satisfied with the result, but now, 3 years later, I have a lot of regret and disappointment, honestly. You only really know what happens with a nose years after the surgery.
