The manager was incredibly kind right from the start. It felt like we talked for over 30 minutes just in the consultation. The director also gave me plenty of time and told me to ask anything I wanted. One thing I found a little disappointing was that I had hoped they'd recommend what fit my eyes, but maybe because people complain these days about recommendations turning into pressure, they said whatever I choose is my decision as the patient. So after the consultation, I honestly still wasn't sure what surgery I actually needed for myself, which was a little disappointing, but everyone was so kind that I think it's a good clinic!
