The facilities were good and the staff were kind. They quickly picked up on exactly what was needed, and the consultation was fast and simple. I ended up getting my double eyelids done somewhere else, but I still regret not having done them here... A lot of my friends had procedures here too, and they all turned out pretty without being too little or too much!
