They honestly explained how the surgery would proceed and described the nasal materials in an accessible way. Personally, I expected to communicate more with the consultation manager before surgery, so the atmosphere with that staff member was important to me too. They responded kindly, so I was satisfied. The clinic is roughly midway between Gangnam and Sinnonhyeon Station, so accessibility was fairly good. Overall, everything proceeded without feeling burdensome or uncomfortable, and I was satisfied.
