The director has their own style, so if you ask to have the line drawn higher than what they recommend or request another procedure like a back canthoplasty outside the estimate, they firmly say no. The director is kind, and the staff are kind too. However, they didn't ask me to lower my mask, so they explained everything while only looking at my eyes with the mask on. Maybe because I went in when they were busy, they didn't look at my whole face, and they didn't seem to examine it in detail, like not even touching the eyelids to check closely.
