My mouth corners are naturally upturned, so the hospital told me there was no need to have surgery. I also got a consultation for philtrum reduction, but they said my philtrum wasn't long enough to justify surgery and that because I have a triangular lip, I would need lateral work too if I were to do it.. The consultation made it sound like it would become a pretty big operation. So they said just fillers would probably be fine, and recommended fillers and Botox. The price was pretty brutal, but the result is good.. The price is a bit of a burden.
