The area under the nose is uneven on both sides, the shape is crooked and all over the place, and on top of that it’s incredibly stretched out lololol. It got so much lower and wider there that I went to a clinic that does nose surgery and had separate alar reduction surgery, but even if the stretched size got reduced a little, they can’t fix the crooked, uneven, messy shape lololol Of course makeup doesn’t cover it, and I can’t even talk about going barefaced lololol. People ask, “What’s wrong under your nose?” or say “Did you get something on it?” or “Is that snot?” and so on lololol Sigh... when I see people posting about philtrum reduction and saying they’re stressed because of scars, I think, huh, is it only that bad? I want to show them my philtrum lololol It stressed me out so much that I went to plastic surgery clinics and dermatology clinics that specialize in scars, but they were all just shocked and sympathetic and said the area was too large to touch lololol If anyone looks at my face for even a little while, I start sweating cold and get stressed. Dating? I gave up on that, of course. Photos? I never take them lol. I even live by looking at mirrors with a blurred expression. Everyone, scars and the nose base sagging, dropping, and changing only start at least a year after surgery. Don’t believe those one-month or few-month post-op reviews lololol And if the scar is already visible right after surgery, within a year you should go get laser treatment or something from another specialized dermatology clinic, not just the aftercare here If it’s been a long time after surgery... I don’t know about revision surgery either. Philtrum reduction will always leave a scar, but I think this place is the worst. I haven’t seen anyone as bad as me, It’s not just the scar that’s the problem, the nostrils drooping is what’s really ugly lololol. On a normal face, that kind of shape just shouldn’t happen, it’s unbelievable, really.
