I went there after doing a lot of research because of eye revision surgery. The manager was extremely kind.. I asked questions for quite a long time, and they answered sincerely without showing signs of fatigue. Then the doctor came in, and the manager stood behind waiting (I didn't really mind; I'd seen much worse cases than this) The doctor looked quite tired, but still answered all the questions I had prepared very diligently, and I could see the effort to scratch the itch where it itched. The final reason I didn't choose surgery there was that, after going home and thinking about it, I had quite a few doubts about the answers I got at the time. It's still one of the hospitals I have on my shortlist.
