I had revision surgery because my double eyelids from the Reaht days had loosened. My original epicanthoplasty was uneven, so one side was an out-line and the other was an in-out line, but it was thin and natural, so unless people said something, no one would notice that they were uneven. I just asked them to keep the original line, but they changed the in-line to an out-line and said it had to be adjusted that way, so I ended up with a high out-line, terrible scarring, and the fixation was too strong, exposing all the mucosa. My eyes look fierce, but I don't know why it hides more of my black pupils and made me look like a druggie. They even made it so high on my small orbit that I ended up with trapezoid-shaped double eyelids. My eyes are extremely difficult now, and there are hardly any places willing to do revision surgery, so my life feels bleak. I chose them because they were kind and good at consultation, but I'm painfully realizing that skill is what matters most. I wonder if they are good at canthoplasty restoration?
