The consultation pinpointed the parts I was worried about very well. They said they would correct asymmetry I hadn't even noticed and also explained the reasons for anything that couldn't be done. But none of that consultation content was reflected in the surgery at all. I think the aesthetic sense is a bit lacking too. Because of the asymmetry, I even had a second AS after the first surgery, but even now, honestly... it's gotten much worse. They said my eyes wouldn't get smaller, but after the AS they got much smaller. And they lowered the outer corners too much, so the black part of my eyes is covered a lot and they look dull, and the eye-smile feature that had worked really well to the point my eyes were barely visible is now completely gone. Not at all. I'm going to another hospital for revision surgery. It wasn't worth the money at all, just wasted time and money and left me with scars. It was just a total disaster. The managers look obviously incompetent, but they just keep making excuses. They don't answer the questions I ask and just go around in circles saying other things... And they just keep telling me to wait even though I can't go about daily life normally. The nurses kept asking if I was okay and were very kind. Just go to another hospital that does better work.
