I had surgery 20 years ago, and my double eyelids became uneven. I had revision surgery on only one eye, but in the end it became uneven again. For the nose, they shaved down the hump and did tip cartilage, but as time passed the cartilage became visible. The tip of the nose was too pointed and I didn’t like it. There weren’t any major side effects, but the cosmetic effect wasn’t very good.
