I went there for the first time today, and they explained everything much more kindly than I expected, so I was able to have a comfortable consultation. It even gave me some energy. Other than the fact that the facility was in a slightly hard-to-find location, there wasn't anything else. The price is on the high side, so it's better to come expecting that.
