At first it seemed like they didn't recommend dangerous surgeries, and they didn't seem to suggest anything unless it was really necessary. I went in for a nose consultation, but the doctor actually recommended that I not have surgery at all lol. The consultation was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. They seem to prefer a natural result.
