I went in without expecting much, but Director Lee Jae-soo explained things very calmly and well. Usually, because of time constraints, a lot of directors just say the essentials and don't elaborate or explain in detail. But here the director explained things earnestly in a conversational way, without seeming rushed. He kept explaining even after I had already understoodㅋㅋㅋㅋ I think I spent about 50 minutes just in the consultation with the director; there was no commercial feeling, and he didn’t put limits on the implants, and the price range was not inflated compared to other hospitals. He was also honest to some extent about the surgery. I felt a sense of humanity, and somehow I thought his character was trustworthy enough to leave it to him. Looking at his background, I was a little worried because he came from a factory-style large hospital, but.. he was the most comfortable and human-feeling doctor. After the consultation, when I went to the front desk to pay the consultation fee, they said there was no consultation fee at all;; it was a bit of a fresh shock and I felt their humanity. The manager was very businesslike and only gave the necessary explanations, with no pressure to make a reservation. Anyway, it was a moving consultation.
