I really wanted it to be very big, but they dissuaded me, so I ended up around a C-D size. It doesn't look that big when it's off, but because my frame is small, people often say I look like a watermelon when I'm dressed. I used Mentor Smooth, so the feel is better than I expected, and I've seen many people who've had breast surgery, but it seems like the shape doesn't really change much from their original breast shape. Maybe that's not always true, though. I have severe side collapse, but overall I'm satisfied.
