First of all, the consultation time is almost an hour, so they look at you and explain things very carefully. They really hate scars, so they make the surgery plan in a direction that leaves as little scarring as possible. The manager also explains things calmly and well. They clearly tell you when something can’t be done, and that’s what makes them feel the most trustworthy to me.
