The director’s consultation was insane (in a good way). He explained things step by step for almost an hour like he was teaching a student, and he also pointed out the side effects accurately. I liked that he clearly said when something couldn’t be done. I could really feel he was safety-focused, and he seemed like someone who truly cares for patients.
