I liked that they explained everything in a very detailed way. They carefully told me things I hadn’t known during previous consultations, and thanks to that I became an expert on my own breasts. You have to keep putting the gown on and taking it off, and after doing that a few times I stopped thinking about it. It’s a surgery done with cloth over you, and I thought safety and certainty were more important than feeling embarrassed, so I was fine with it.
