The facility felt a little old. It felt like an ENT clinic. The staff also kept cutting me off a little and only said the necessary things they wanted to convey in a clipped way, but of course what they were trying to convey wasn't very professional. The doctor was very kind and meticulous. After the consultation, I felt trust.
