The manager doesn’t pressure you into signing a contract and is calm. Someone wrote below that the director has a pretty cocky vibe, and it’s true lol, but they’re nice. They give advice based on each patient rather than the hospital’s profit. Even though there is a separate consultation fee, it was such a helpful and informative time that I didn’t think any of the time, energy, or money was wasted. Maybe because they’re famous for revision surgery, they explained the pros and cons of materials very clearly.
