I had nose surgery using rib cartilage. The shape was very unsatisfactory, and the cartilage got absorbed so the bridge of my nose became bumpy. Even after several years, I still get furious whenever I think about it. They say I’m being too sensitive and that it turned out really well, but when I look at the before-and-after, the before is much better. It’s not just my opinion alone; I asked people around me, posted photos online, and showed them directly to people who said they were curious and heard their opinions. The scar on my chest is still very, very visible and will never go away. And the most absurd thing I heard here was this: They asked me whether, instead of looking at the face from the front or the side, if I raised the camera and looked down from about 45 degrees from the upper right, wouldn’t the nose line look more natural? Seriously, do you talk to people while looking at them from a 45-degree angle from above? lol The person doing the consultation must have been even more stunned, because they told me not to look at my face from the front or side. If you really, really, really want to suffer horribly, or you hate and despise yourself so much that you don’t care what happens, then you can go. That should be enough to let you know I had surgery here. At first they used a small splint-like piece on the bridge of the nose, but when a side effect appeared they changed it to a wider one later. Looking at the reviews, it seems like the nose spreading side effect happened again. In the early days of the clinic there was no such thing as cartilage filler, and they used regular dermatology fillers, and they even told me to pay for that and get it. Of course I didn’t. I know all the clinic’s changes over the years, so I guess I really can be called a surgical patient with a grudge?
