They've had one director in the same position for a long time. A friend recommended it because they said many of their friends had revision surgery here, so I went several years ago. The director told me not to have surgery right away, but to come back later when my eyelids had stretched more. I went for another consultation at the end of 2022, and I had a direct consultation with the director without first seeing a manager. He recommended removing the sagging eyelid skin with full incision and also ptosis correction, but said the swelling could last up to 6 months, so I'm still thinking about it. I had surgery a long time ago with buried sutures and it came undone, which is why I went for the consultation. There aren't many before-and-after photos here that I can look at, and there aren't many reviews, so I'm still debating, but since they've been doing this for a long time mainly through friend referrals, it does feel trustworthy.
