In the actual design stage, sometimes it ends up differently from what was discussed in the consultation, and sometimes during surgery they make it more beautiful and end up doing it differently from the design. They said that was because the doctor thought it looked better while operating, and I personally didn't have any complaints about it, but please keep that in mind. The consultation manager was very talkative and I had seen in other reviews that they change their words a bit often. They weren't particularly unfriendly or anything though.
