I had scar removal surgery, but there was absolutely no improvement, and the sunken area became even more noticeable. Even if I try to attack it differently with a laser, it ends up being best left as it was originally. It keeps opening up... Among the staff, there is one particular person who is not at all kind, and when doing something, they give no explanation.
