About 6 years ago I had a scar-removal procedure through fat grafting(?). They explained it simply, so I thought it was a simple surgery, but I was caught off guard because the bruising and swelling were severe. (I was told daily life would be hard for about a week, but I remember the bruising and swelling were bad for about 3 weeks.) The scar didn't disappear completely, only improved to some extent, and I thought the value for money was not good. They were kind during the consultation and surgery, but when I asked about aftercare or follow-up questions, they answered coldly, and I remember feeling hurt.
