The staff felt a bit bureaucratic, but the doctor-director was extremely kind. I went to consult with the manager because I was only there for Botox on the forehead and jawline, but they said my skin was sagging and recommended a lifting treatment.. Still, I was satisfied with the results after the procedure. I went because a friend recommended it, and it wasn’t bad
