The director is pretty blunt, so if you ask whether they're friendly, I'm not sure, but a properly honest fact bomb can be medicine...... The hospital facilities were cleaner and better than I expected too, kind of like the trend these days? I went for a procedure consultation, not surgery, but since it's a clinic that focuses on procedures, I think it's fine
