The hospital is small. I explained in detail the shape I wanted to the doctor, and at first he recommended epicanthoplasty reconstruction, but later, maybe because he thought I was picky, he said he didn't recommend it, and told the manager it seemed like I'd scar easily. As for the canthoplasty, based on his explanation, it seemed like they do a reconstructive method that pulls the corner up rather than making a detailed shape. I'd recommend it for people whose main goal is functional improvement rather than detailed shape improvement. The doctor was very kind and had a warm feel to him.
