I went to consult after moving hospitals, and the director, as I'd heard, explained the surgery methods in detail through a PPT and seemed kind. But I honestly don't understand why they do a manager consultation before the doctor consultation. It wastes time for both sides because they can't understand the patient's needs at all, have zero medical expertise, and just dodge the conversation. During the main consultation, they kept writing things down, but there was no substance.
