I had surgery with autologous dermis before, and maybe because of the nature of the dermis, almost none of it remains now. And back then I didn't know much about nose surgery, but they only operated on the bridge, so it felt very awkward too. Since it was autologous dermis, maybe they couldn't do the tip, but the price was high and I didn't feel very satisfied.
