A year ago I had a nose bridge made with autologous dermis from the butt and the tip done with ear cartilage. It was a revision surgery, and I went there because of silicone pinching, for healing purposes, but instead the contracture got worse than before and the tip got pulled up too, so people keep saying it looks a bit like a short upturned nose, and the dermis area sunk in and looks disappointing, so I’m looking into revision surgery again. Not recommended
