The director explained that it was a difficult surgery, that he wasn't sure, and that it would be hard to make it perfect, saying what could and couldn't be done. He didn't pressure me much, and his style was very relaxed during the consultation. But the managers gave me this feeling like they were coming out to see what I intended. Still, it seems like a place worth checking to see whether my nose can be fixed with just dermis..
