I went for a consultation for revision eye surgery, and since I went on a weekday morning there weren't many people, and the consultation took about 30 minutes total. I consulted first with the director, then the manager, and they recommended an incision and ptosis correction. It wasn't an extremely detailed consultation, but it also wasn't careless. I liked that they spoke clearly about what should be done! It was also more comfortable to consult because the director was a woman
