I went for a nose consultation. It was a female director, and first she asked me what parts I wanted to improve, then explained how the surgery would be done. It seemed like they only explained the necessary things without overdoing it. Above all, the nurses were really kind. The consultation manager was the kindest of all. They explained the surgery method and information about the procedure, and there was no pressure or coercion to make a reservation at all. They just said to think about it and contact them later, which somehow makes me trust them.
