I saw a lot of reviews saying they were meticulous and natural, and now I understand why. Even if the customer makes an unreasonable request, if it's too much, the director is the type to firmly say no. The manager and staff are fairly kind. They seem to pay more attention to post-op care than other places. But it probably won't suit someone who wants a dramatic change or trendy eyes. I recommend it for people who want something natural that suits their face well.
