I had my nose revision surgery there two years ago through a friend's recommendation. That was my third surgery, and up until then the shape had barely changed and they had only raised the height a little, so there wasn't much change from the front and I wasn't satisfied. Oh, before the surgery they told me that because my alar base was short, if I smiled a lot the tip of my nose could drop a bit. Right now the tip of my nose really has dropped, and I'm planning another revision
